My Trip to Southampton 2013

July 23, 2013

I’m in love with all of the white gates and perfectly manicured lawns throughout Southampton…
We spent about an hour at Cooper’s Beach and I collected beach stones just like Diane Keaton did in Something’s Gotta Give…
I was so happy to see that the newly opened AERIN store was just two doors down from where the girls and I had brunch… If you are headed to Southampton you will want to stop by this store! I absolutely love everything she picked and the girls working there were so sweet! One of them said she reads my blog… so nice to hear that coming from someone in the Hamptons! Although, I would have been happy buying one of everything to take home with me, room in my car was a huge issue and I decided on a small woven hurricane to place on my nightstand. It’s a perfect beach house touch and I also plan on using it as a vase.
The window design was a great way to welcome guests. Love the wicker chair set in sand…
One of the girls in the store was wearing the blue and white embroidered tunic dress and it looked gorgeous on her!
This little straw coin pouch is out of this world perfect! I hope to buy it soon…
This super chic coffee Beken Cowes table book is on my wishlist! The book actually comes in a beautiful box…
 The box…
I bought the small hurricane and my cousin bought the larger one and the coasters.

Well… I hope you enjoyed this small glimpse of my day spent in Southampton. It was a beautiful, sunny day for us there and I only wish I would have taken more photos to share with you. Hope you have a great day!

P.S. J.CREW is having a great sale! Save an extra 40% off the sale items with code STYLE40. I have a long list…of course!

XO,
Desiree

oh my goodness, sounds and looks amazing. The house actually reminds me a lot of the condo Justin and I are staying in for the summer. You can't help but think of the beach with all the white and blue. 🙂 Fabulous post, love. If you get a sec, I've got some super exciting news I'm sharing on my blog today. I'd love if you'd check it out. xo

What gorgeous homes, I am in love with the Hamptons/New England style and currently planning a makeover of my kitchen styled on the one in the movie "Somethings Gotta Give". I will be posting my makeover in a few months time on my blog. At the moment I am working on my guest room, it's all exciting.
