WEEKEND GOALS FOR THE NEW YEAR

Good morning everyone! I woke up early today to kick start my weekend goals! My husband and I have a few things we’d like to do this weekend, including exercising and going to the beach. We had so much fun over the Christmas break doing little things here and there, plus a trip to The Magic Kingdom, that we promised eachother to keep that up in the new year. So our ten weekend goals for the new year, include quality time as a family and as a couple. I’m actually looking forward to our fun time together this weekend, because we have been talking about it all week. It’s always great coming up with ideas and having something exciting to look forward to.

Another weekend goal of mine for the new year is to- take is easy! I’m always on the go all week between teaching, blogging, board meetings, and other ministries I’m involved in that I really need to learn to unwind on the weekends. The photos featured above were from my trip to Maine (and here) a few years ago and all we did there was hike and chill with the family! Exactly what we love to do on vacations! I was thinking that I shouldn’t have to wait to be on vacation to relax. Right? What are your weekend goals for the new year?
