Today, I wanted to talk about wearing red in the fall. I think red looks amazing on everyone! When it comes to wearing red, I always make sure to choose something that is classic looking and cozy. So I covered both here with this adorable blouse for fall and this cozy fleece for layering. Red is also a great color to wear to a dressy event, to work, or on the weekend.

I love wearing red!!! Probably my favorite piece of all time in my closet (besides my wedding dress, of course) is a silk Marie Oliver cape dress in bright red. Loving that crepey J Crew top! Something about red silk just looks so classic and upscale.

I like red but I don’t have much of it in my wardrobe. Maybe it’s time to buy a piece or two!

I am a fan of red…on other people. I don’t know what my problem is but I think it has to do with skin undertones and finding the right shade of red that suits me. It’s the same with nail polish. The blue-reds are not all that great on me, but a little orange or coral looks best.
It takes a lot of trial and error to find a red that works but once I do, I get a lot of compliments!
