2019 GOALS
Good morning friends! I’m excited to share my 2019 goals with you and would love to hear what your goals are. Hopefully we can inspire each other to be our best in 2019.
Health and Fitness
My eating has been out of control lately, so I decided to sign up for Faster Way to Fat Loss which starts on Monday! I’m excited and a little nervous to start this program, because I’ll need to count my macros (fats, carbs, protein). Hopefully I’ll get a hand of it right away. The best part of this program is that it will help me to feel and look healthier in 7 weeks!
Carve Out More Time to Rest
I’m constantly working. So recently, I hired an assistant (who is so sweet) to help me with some of what happens in the background of Beautifully Seaside. She’s been a huge help! She’s smart and such a great worker! This allows me to spend more quality time with my family, which is my top priority along with taking good care of my health, as I mentioned before. Now, I’m able to sleep in on Saturdays!

With more time on my hands, thanks to my assistant, I should be able to pick up a book more often, especially the Bible. I’m looking for a great Bible study that I can do at home. If you know of one please share it!
Grow My Brand In New Ways
This is an exciting time for my brand, because I have some new things in store for 2019! I’m praying you will love it! This venture has actually been a dream of mine for years. Do you use a self tanning lotion on your legs? They always look so perfectly tanned!
Hi Linda! You’re so sweet! No I don’t use self tanning lotion. I’m Puerto Rican with a mix of my Mom and Dad’s skin tone. My Dad is darker than me and my Mother is lighter, so I’m in the middle. 🙂

Those are wonderful goals. I hesitate to make resolutions or goals because I feel discouraged if I don’t keep them all. I try to set a small goal for my self each morning. If it doesn’t work for me that day I try it again the next day. So excited to see what you have in store for us in 2019!
