Good morning everyone! I’ve gotten tons of questions asking me what made me decide to sign up with the Faster Way to Fat Loss this year. Well, I saw results that people were getting from FWTFL and was very curious about the process. I’ve tried other workout routines like BBG and realized they were not a great fit for me. While I saw an improvement from using BBG, my knees were not happy. I felt like that program was too hard on my knees, so I quit BBG. I’ve done my own version of intermittent fasting in the past which worked for a short amount of time. I’ve gained so much weight lately and literally was at a lost about how I was going to lose 23 pounds and feel good. I was bloated all the time and all my clothes fit tight- jeans, tops, sweaters, shorts, bras, underwear, and dresses. It was either start buying bigger clothes or sign up with Faster Way to Fat Loss, which I had no clue how it worked. I just jumped right in and trusted I was in great hands.
Within the first week I registering with Faster Way To Fat Loss, I lost 5 pounds and was not bloated all week. In fact, I haven’t been bloated since I started FWTFL! This is a huge win for me! By the end of week 3, which is half way through the program, I lost a total of 9 pounds and went down a size and a half in my J.Crew dresses. I was wearing a size 6 in dresses that were super tight on me and now I’m about to start swimming in a size 4 dress!

The difference with Faster Way To Fat Loss is the nutritional support you get and how that’s the most important aspect to follow. We always hear about eating less and working out is the key to losing weight, but now I know that ‘eating right’ and exercise is the key to losing weight fast. I’ve learned what healthy carbs are for the first time in my life. I always thought carbs were pasta, white rice, and bread. Which by the way, I haven’t had since I started this program.
To be honest, I haven’t followed the workout routines suggested by Amanda which is the founder of FWTFL. The first two weeks I solely focused on nutrition and in the third week I focused on the nutrition and walked one hour a day. I’m continuing this plan in week 4 and hopefully will gradually add in all the amazing workouts that Amanda planned for us!
I’ve learned what healthy carbs are for the first time in my life.

Like you, I tried BBG and lots of others programs/diet plans. I’d played with intermittent fasting with no results.

In my mid forties and have gained 10 lbs this past year. Intermittent fasting scares me. The thought of not eating for 16 hrs!!! We have always been told breakfast is the most important meal. Also do u do KETO? All this fat! Do u macro count? There are so many diet and weight loss programs it gets confusing.

Hi Sylvie! We count our macros and eat healthy portions of fats, proteins, and carbs. We get to eat for 8 hours which works really well for me. My morning coffee and lots of water get me through the morning, then I break my fast around noon and stop eating by 8 PM. I’ve never done Keto, because it didn’t really look interesting to me. This program has been wonderful and is working! I’m 48 and gained 12 pounds in the last year! Now, I’m excited to one day be back to the weight I was years ago.
