Good morning friends! Today, I want to share my Faster Way to Fat Loss results update. I’m happy to announce that I lost 21 pounds since January 7th. My starting weight was 148 pounds and my goal weight was 125 pounds. Right now I weigh 127 pounds and feel happy about where I am. At this point, my focus is to get stronger and continue to build lean muscle by following the workouts with Faster Way to Fat Loss.
It’s been a great start to the new year and I’m committed to sticking with this program for the remainder of the year and beyond. I love the community and appreciate the valuable information they share. The closed Facebook group I created for those of you who signed up using my affiliate link has been a blessing. It’s fun to share meal ideas with a group of the sweetest women.
I’m so happy to share some before and after photos with you today! I weighed 148 pounds for the last 2 years (at least), so I used last year’s outfit photos to compare with my new outfit photos. As you can tell, losing 20 pounds made a huge difference. I also went down in four dress sizes from a size 8 to a size 0. I actually never thought I would be a size zero again and that wasn’t part of the plan. I just dreamed of losing 23 pounds and that’s the size I went down to after losing 20 pounds. My pant size went down three sizes from a size 8 to a size 2. You may have noticed that I’ve posted more outfit photos this month than I ever have. That’s because I feel more confident and have more energy.

The Best Takeaway
The best takeaway I can share today is that I feel better about myself. I was always thin growing up and it’s been a struggle off and on since I had my boys, which are all young adults now. I never really learned how to eat healthy until this year with FWTFL, so I owe a great deal of gratitude for this community. I’m eating clean for the first time in my life and enjoy it so much. The cycle of my over-eating has stopped which is an answered prayer, because I knew I couldn’t do that on my own. I feel that my successful fat loss is a direct result to being a part of the community of FWTFL. Amanda, the creator of this program is so inspiring and fun to listen to! That’s why I joined VIP and will stick with it for a long time.

Faster Way to Fat Loss Meal Ideas
Here are some questions I get asked all the time about FWTFL.
If I register now, can I gain access to the FWTFL portal to get a head start?
Yes! As soon as you register you will be sent instructions on how to gain access to the FWTFL portal in order to get a head start before the prep week. Plus, I will send you an invite to my closed Facebook group so that you can get some ideas on meals that are perfect for tracking your macros.
Do you have to do the FWFTL workouts?
You do not have to do them. I didn’t work out the first two weeks and walked the rest of the time I’ve been on this program. I had great success, although I’m not as toned as I would have been if I did the FWTFL workouts. I would highly recommend doing the workouts and following the program as it is layed out for you.
Can you eat bread while on this program?
FWTFL is a gluten and dairy free lifestyle. What we do eat is lots of fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. Amanda says anything that grows from the grown or has a mother. No processed food. We do get to eat brown rice which I love! Thanks to this lifestyle all the bloating I used to live with on a daily basis is gone!
Can we eat desserts or drink wine using this program?
You sure can! Saturdays are our treat days while on FWTFL. My husband and I whip up some delicious treats for those days. One of my favorite go-to desserts right now is peach cobbler with vanilla icecream on top. So yummy!
Is coffee allowed? I love having my cup in the morning?
Yes, coffee is allowed. Amanda says to drink it black, however she gives some suggestions that you can do if black coffee is not for you. I add a little dab of creamer. Shhh don’t tell anyone! Lol!

YAY! Feeling good is definitely the best part of it all. I started working out consistently last year because I wanted to naturally manage my type one diabetes, but now it’s an integral part of my stress relief and mental clarity! I need to get fully on the eating clean train again — I can tell SUCH a difference with my energy levels when I eat sugar. Congratulations on your progress!!!

Desiree, You are such an inspiration and I joined this last round because of your results! I have never found losing weight to be difficult, the problem for me is KEEPING IT OFF! We started at the same time, and my goal was close to yours – to lose about 20-23 pounds.

Wow! That’s great! Very encouraging. Sounds like “your” FWTFL program is the way to lose pounds. I just finished my first round. I started at your starting weight. I did the whole she bang except spin on the cardio days and lost 5 lbs and that was in the first two weeks. I would prefer 12 lbs down. Ha! Definitely body changes, but nothing like yours. Debating on joining VIP. Why did you join VIP if you aren’t doing the workouts? That’s the only reason I would join. I do wish I had joined under your code, as I would love to join your FB group. Congrats on your journey so far!

I would to try this but really need more details on what the program entails. For example, how do you determine the foods (timing, quantity, types) and whats the workout program (how many days per week abs timing). It’s tough to auto spend $199 and not have more info. You look great but i need to know that the plan is doable for me to sign up. Could you help please?
