FASTer Way to Fat Loss transformed my life in 2019 and it can transform yours too. The next round of Faster Way to Fat Loss begins on Monday, June 3rd and I’m excited to share some new changes to the program including the fact that it’s now an eight week program instead of seven. This time around, Prep Week will consist of four weeks instead of one week, to allow people to learn the lifestyle of macro tracking, intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and exercise. It is a lot to learn, however if you have a strong desire (like I did) to feel and look your best, then you will be able to do it.

Now is the time to feel and look better! I just had a reader tell me that she registered to get ready for a special birthday and wedding anniversary in early fall. I know if she sticks to the program, she will be successful in losing fat in time for her sweet celebrations! I’m so excited for her as she joins the FWTFL community and sees her desire come to fruition. It’s great to have a goal in mind to help motivate us on this journey.

FASTer Way to Fat Loss Can Transform Your Life in 2019
This is a lifestyle that’s sustainable. I’ve been able to keep the weight off for over two months now and still feel great. Plus, I feel so much better in my clothes, which was my inspiration for losing fat in the first place. I wanted to feel and look great in my clothes. Like many of you, I had no clue what this lifestyle was about. I decided to register, because nothing else I tried worked or was sustainable. 2019 has been my year to say YES, TO LOSING FAT in the healthiest way I feel possible. My family has seen the difference and all agree that this lifestyle works.
Whole Food Nutrition
On the Faster Way you get to eat carbs! Lots of carbs. Clean healthy carbs, consisting of anything that grows from the ground. Plus, healthy proteins and fats. On Saturdays you get to enjoy a treat which can include a glass of wine or dessert. I usually opt for the dessert.

Went down 4 dress sizes from a size 8 to a size 0.
Went down three sizes in jeans, pants, and shorts from a size 8 to a size 2.
