Get a Fitness Routine Going and Stick With It
I’m preaching to myself on this one. Last week I had a pretty successful week of working out. My energy was up and I felt so much better. Since, I’m signed up with FASTer Way to Fat Loss VIP, I get daily workouts that I can do in the comfort of my home. They’re super challenging and I’m already feeling stronger. Sleep Tight
I love a pretty pair of pajamas. I have a whole collection of the sweetest pajamas and I have to admit that they help me sleep better at night. I’ve been wearing this pajama set from LAKE since my first visit to Charleston last summer. They make great Mother’s Day gifts too. After a long day of working online, it’s so nice to crawl into bed wearing comfy pajamas.
Foot Care
One thing I use almost daily is this foot file. Living in South Florida and going barefoot all day while I’m home can do a number to my soles. This foot file is amazing. I buy them each year to keep the bottom of my feet feeling soft and smooth.
Moisturizer
When I was younger I spent so much time making sure my skin was moisturized. Now that I’m almost 50 and premenopausal, I noticed my skin is super dry. For this reason, I love using a shower oil like this one from L’Occitane and rich moisturizers to keep my skin in the best shape for my age.
Treat Yourself to New Work-Out Clothes
When this quarantine began, I realized that my workout wardrobe was pretty much depleted. So I bought running shorts, work out shorts, socks, running shoes, and this sports bra. I don’t know about you, but I love wearing cute workout clothes. For some reason a new pair of running shorts inspires me to get moving.
