MY MAKEUP UPDATE

Hi friends! I hope this has been a blessed week for you. I thought this would be the perfect time to share my makeup update that I made just before my Nantucket vacation. The first thing I did was to go for a darker shade in the pressed powder to match the rest of my body. I realized the shade I was using before was too light for my skin tone. Another makeup update I’m doing is combining two foundations. This helps me to get the coverage I’m looking for. One of the foundations is Charlotte Tilbury’s Light Wonder Foundation SPF 15, which is the one I apply first. The other foundation is Charlotte Tilbury’s Airbrush Flawless Foundation that offers full coverage and really covers all of the discoloration I have on my face. Both of them work well together.

FACE

FOUNDATION Charlotte Tilbury Light Wonder SPF 15 (8 medium) This is an air-light foundation that illuminates, smoothes, hydrates, minimizes pores and reduces wrinkles for beautiful skin. I’ve been using it for years and I love wearing it under the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Foundation (my shade: warm 8). I’ve been using this foundation for almost two years now and love the full coverage that it provides.

UNDEREYE CORRECTOR Bobbi Brown Undereye Corrector (my shade: peach) This undereye corrector has been life changing when it comes to covering up the dark circles underneath my eyes. This is a must have! I don’t leave home without it.

CONCEALER Bobbi Brown Intensive Serum Concealer (my shade: beige) This concealer works wonderfully with the undereye corrector to create a bright under the eye area.

PRESSED POWDER Bobbi Brown Sheer Finished Pressed Powder (my shade: soft honey) Love this pressed powder! I’ve been using it for a few years now and I always make sure it’s in my makeup bag.

CONTOUR Anastacia Contour  I’ve been using this contour for years now and love it! It’s hands down the best!

BLUSH NARS Blush (shade: orgasm) My favorite blush shade of all time! It adds a nice healthy glow to your skin. Definitely a must have!

EYES

EYESHADOW NARS Duo Eyeshadow (shade: alhambra) This eyeshadow can be worn day and night. I love the beautiful shimmer!

EYELINER Maybelline Unstoppable Eyeliner (shade: espresso) I’ve been using this eyeliner for years and love it! Sometimes I’ll use it to fill in my eyebrows too.

MASCARA Trish McEvoy Dramatic Lash Mascara (shade: black) This has been one of the best mascaras I’ve ever used and constantly reorder.

LIPS

LIP BALM La Mer Lip Balm This lip balm has been a game changer. It’s worth every penny in my opinion. I love the texture, the scent, and the fact that it makes my lips feel soft and healthy.

LIPSTICK Charlotte Tilbury K.I.S.S.I.N.G Lipstick (shade: coral kiss) My go-to lipstick that I can’t stop wearing. It looks great for any occasion or outfit.
