The only thing that is missing in my bedroom is a gorgeous upholstered headboard. Someday, when I finally make a purchase (hopefully sooner, rather than later) it will be one of these beauties. I fell in love with these tailored beds during my Something’s Gotta Give movie marathon when I moved into my current home. Of course, I wanted everything in my house to look like that movie set and my bed was one of them. Here are five different headboards that I just love!

We made our upholstered headboard. It was pretty easy & came together quickly. I bought woven raw silk on EBay for a great price, got some wood & foam at Home Depot that my husband cut into a graceful curve & the rest was just putting it together. Way cheaper than buying.

While I love them all, something about the tufted one really appeals to me….gorgeous! Love the softness of a upholstered headboard.
