Avocado Love
As a young girl, I ate a slice of avocado with dinner almost every night from my grandparent’s avocado tree. As kids we climb it, sat around it with friends, and told stories. At times, the avocado’s got so large that my grandfather had to put large sticks underneath the branches to hold them up! The following recipes are different and unique and stir up memories of my childhood. Thanks Coastal Living Magazine!

Avocado fries sounds amazing. I've been on an avocado toast kick for breakfast.
I adore avacados! I always have them oh hand for guac or to top a turkey panini! Add them to a BLT… LOVE! I'll have to try the fries! That's a new one!

This is NOT a good visual for me to be looking at right now I am starving and craving something yummy and loooove avocados! Oh man does some homemade guacamole sound amazing right now! Both of those pictures literally make my mouth water, I am a big fan…though must admit have never seen nor tried avocado fries, they must be yummy. Now I am off to try to use some willpower and maybe settle on a yogurt..boring!
I love them too! I didn't discover them until I was an adult, but we eat them almost every week now! Wish I could have an avocado tree in my backyard. Yum!

Yum! I could eat avocado (or guacamole) every day and so wish I lived where a tree would flourish. What wonderful memories!
