MY SUMMER FITNESS PLAN WEEK 7 & 8
Good morning everyone! I hope you had a great weekend. My husband, two of my boys and I spent some time in the Keys yesterday and it was so nice to getaway. Tomorrow, I start preparing my classroom for the new year and I’m excited to see my favorite co-workers. One thing’s for sure- I’ll need to keep up the exercising each day during the school year. I’m pretty happy I was able to once again follow my #BBG workout each day last week! Two week’s prior were hit and miss with working out. Exercising is not high on my to-do list when I travel and I’ll need to work on that.
True story- the #BBG workout does work when you stick to the schedule and eat healthy. Before my Sarasota trip I saw a huge change in the way my body looked and felt. I ate healthier and it made a big difference on the results I was getting.
Since, I won’t be traveling for a while, I’ll have no excuse to to not work out. I’m back in full force! I’m also excited to have new workout clothes that are super comfortable to wear while completing #BBG and walking on alternate days. My favorite brand to workout in is Zella and I’m really loving their new fall colors and prints. For some reason, wearing a cute workout outfit makes me more motivated. Do you feel the same way?
