Skin Update: Since giving up coffee a little over a month ago, my face hasn’t broken out in the hormonal type rash I mentioned last month. If my face doesn’t break out in three months, then it was definitely the coffee. Instead of coffee these days, I enjoy a cup of decaf tea with lemon. Just as fun!
