I would like to thank Julia from Hooked on Houses for featuring some photos of the 2012 Coastal Living Ultimate Beach House! One of her loyal readers, Leslie Evans, was gracious enough to send her personal photos she took while on tour of the home located in Rosemary Beach, Florida. I’m hoping to be able to see this house in person…we just got back from a long road trip and so I’m in the process of trying to convince my hubby to take me. I’ve always wanted to visit Rosemary Beach, which is located up in the pan handle.
I just had to link these photos of the upstairs game room! It’s one of my favorite rooms and gives me tons of inspiration! (Especially since every room in my house can be considered a “game” room with three boys.) Love the frames surrounding the television. Erica Powell of Urban Grace Interiors was the interior designer for this project and I think she has done a beautiful job in creating a cozy beach house.

I am so in love with this space! If I continue to live in Florida, my ideal home is a beach house decked out just like this! I love the beachy theme, maybe because I grew up 10 minutes from the beach? I still love it 🙂
