My weekend getaways to the Keys…
Good morning! I hope your weekend was a relaxing one. It was good one for me, I enjoyed watching my son play a double header in baseball on Saturday, took in some rays on Sunday and ran three miles. I’m inspired (kind of) to run a half marathon again. Mostly because of the benefit I get from running faster than a jog. Yesterday, I mixed in some sprints with my three mile run and I came home drenched. That’s when I know I’m getting a great workout and burning calories. I’m running in old sneakers, so before I run any long distances I’m going to buy a new pair and I’m thinking about these cute ones. Are any of you runners? I’d love to know.
