It’s always fun to pair a few unexpected pieces together for a chic (smart & stylish) vacation look. The most surprising thing here is the Hawaiian printed popover. I walked past it at least a dozen times in the store and decided to try it on only after I realized it was on sale. To my surprise…it instantly became a must have for me and I quickly ran to the register! I’m going to pop it over those cute white denim shorts. I confess that I went a little loco on the shorts this summer. I hope it’s all casual on this vacation I’m going on, because I bought almost every pair of shorts that J.Crew is selling this summer! Yikes! I figured that living in a hot climate should give me tons of opportunities to where them all, right? So…do I own all the shorts featured here? Yep. I’ve been living in the denim shorts with vintage cotton tees all week long and I’m looking forward to wearing those desert floral shorts with this gauze top. How about you? Do you have a collection of shorts too? Or, is it just me?
