I just read your interview with Tina. It's nice to get to know you. You sound like such an inspiring person. I loved the fact that you mentioned the importance of faith and family.
Aren't chips and salsa the best! There is a little spot here in southern California called Taco Surf. My two sons and I eat there constantly. I recently did a post on the top 5 things that make life worthwhile. When I originally had the conversation with my friend that prompted my post, I didn't includ Mexican food, but I may have to re-think that. 🙂 hehe.
