Gweneth Paltrow: Mexican Dinner, Family Style

In my house we have a Mexican family style dinner all the time and the kids enjoy it very much. They get to make their own taco or tortilla wraps and everyone’s happy! We’ve even had friends and family over for my husband’s fajita dinner and it always seems to be a hit!

I found this great video over at Gweneth Paltrow’s online newsletter GOOP. She cooks up a yummy Mexican dinner using shrimp. It’s fun to watch other people, especially celebrities, make a great family dinner. Way to go Gweneth! You seem to be a great cook!
