Buttermilk Beignets from Joy the Baker
Good morning! Hope you’re recovering from the time change. I actually, could use an hour nap to catch up on my beauty sleep, but I’m not sure that will fit into my schedule today. The good thing is…I had sweet dreams last night of baking these delicious patries! In my dream, each one was enjoyed with a delicious cup of coffee or latte. In real life, I’ve only tried beignets once about a month ago and I fell head over heels in love with them. So much so, I’m determined to make them a specialty of mine for family gatherings. I’ll let you know how that goes…

Yum. We used to make them all the time when the girls were younger. They loved them.
Oh so yummy!!! I really can not get used to the time change. I like that it stays lighter in the evening, but I dont like it dark at 8am.
