My Heart Is So Full This Week — Plus the Pieces I’m Reaching for
Hi friends.
This week has been such a sweet one — the kind that fills your heart in the simplest, most meaningful ways. I’ve been soaking up every second with my grandson, and oh my goodness… he is all smiles. Truly the joy of our family. My love for him grows every single day, and I already know I’m going to be that grandma who takes a million photos during the holidays.
We also had the coziest start to the weekend. My husband made the most delicious homemade baked potato soup and fresh bread — the kind that fills the whole house with warmth. It’s funny… now that we’re settling into this empty-nest season, moments like this feel even more special. Our kids stopped by over the weekend and we all ended up laughing and enjoying a meal together. These are the moments I hold onto — the simple, unexpected family days that make this time of year feel so sweet.
Updating Our Home (and Getting Ready to Host!)
I’ve been so inspired to refresh our home lately — adding new accessories, a few furniture pieces, and really getting everything ready for a big party we’re hosting soon. One thing I realized? We never had enough chairs. Every time family visited, we were carrying chairs from one room to the next. So I ordered a few sets, including the most beautiful bamboo chairs with curved details. Cozy Looks I’m Loving
The weather in Miami has been dreamy — cool mornings and breezy afternoons — and it’s made me reach for the coziest looks. I can’t wait to start wearing all my festive sweaters the day after Thanksgiving.

• A classic fair isle sweater (you know I love a patterned knit this time of year).
• The prettiest green velvet lady jacket — such a perfect holiday piece. I’ll probably style it with jeans and ballet flats for something simple and chic.
