OFF THE SHOULDER TOP INSPIRED BY TRADITIONAL MADRAS

Good morning everyone! It’s so good to be back in the saddle after two days off this past weekend. I’m still a little exhausted from getting my home ready for Mother’s Day brunch, but we had such a great time and the weather was literally perfect for this time of the year.

Today, I’m wearing another off the shoulder top I purchased from J.Crew and I absolutely love it! J.Crew really outdid themselves with the off the shoulder looks this season and I’m so glad they did. This pretty plaid top was inspired by traditional madras. Madras is the perfect summer compliment and one of my favorite patterns in fabric. See an example here at J.Crew.

And these leather multistrap sandals are made in Italy by J.Crew! They sold out quickly in this color, so make sure to check back often to see if your size becomes available. I’m wearing a size 8 and they fit true to size. The smell of the leather is amazing! I love shoes made in Italy, because the quality is top notch and they’ll last for many summers!
