PRESIDENTS DAY WEEKEND SALES

Hello everyone! How’s your weekend going so far? I went for a run today (less than a mile) and it was great. It’s been a while since I ran, so I’m looking forward to doing a short run each day now. I don’t want to over do it, because that’s when my knees start to hurt. I figured a short run, incorporated with a fast paced walk is perfect.
