Splash of Neon
Happy Monday everyone! I have the day off from work today and it was nice to sleep in, drink (a little too much) coffee and tidy up my house. I had someone come over today to give me some quotes on plantation shutters and I am so excited about getting some fun updates in my home this year. Today, I’m sharing my new striped popover with neon embroidery that I purchased at J.Crew. I love embroidery! Especially Mexican style embroidery and this shirt is the perfect addition to my collection. I paired it with my new ecru shorts and yes those gold sandals again. By the way these shorts have a stretch to them! Ohhh I’m loving the stretch and I wore them all day yesterday in the Keys and they were extremely comfortable. These shorts are a definite must-have for spring and summer!

That popover looks so lovely on you! Such a fresh color for spring and really gorgeous with your pretty hair. Good to know that the shorts have some stretch to them too. I love to be comfortable, especially in the warmer weather. Hope you share a picture of your windows once you have the shutters installed (or better yet, a full review!). My husband loves plantation shutters and we are thinking of doing the same!
