Sometimes the most-worn pieces in your closet aren’t the flashy trends—they’re the quiet stars that make every outfit (and every day) easier. While I packed quite a bit this summer (as usual!), these are the pieces I reached for the most. They’re practical, polished, and have that easygoing coastal charm I love so much.

Whether you’re heading on vacation or just trying to simplify your summer wardrobe at home, these are the tried-and-true staples I wore on repeat:

The Ultimate Nantucket Packing List: 10 Items You Can’t Forget. These are the items we used over and over again.

My Packable Bucket Hat

I picked this up while I was on Nantucket this summer and ended up wearing it every single day. It’s soft, packable, and still looks brand new even after being stuffed in beach bags, tossed in the car, and worn on bike rides all over the island. Such a good find!

The Scrunchie One-Piece Swimsuit

Flattering, supportive, and so comfortable—I felt confident every time I wore it. The texture is just enough to feel elevated, and I love how it doubles as a bodysuit with shorts or a button-down on top.

Gauze Button-Down Shirt

If I had to name the most versatile piece in my suitcase, it’s this. Lightweight and breathable, it worked perfectly as a swim cover-up, a casual top with shorts, or layered over a tank and jeans.

Drawstring Shorts

These were a total win—easy to wear, super comfy, and looked great dressed up or down. I wore them with linen tops, tanks, and even over my swimsuit for quick errands around town.

Pink Linen Polo

I’ve shared this one before because it’s just that good. It looks beautiful with white denim and adds the perfect soft color pop to a coastal outfit.

Steele Structured Waterproof Tote

This bag has been my go-to all summer long. It’s roomy, durable, and so pretty. I had mine monogrammed with an oyster on Nantucket, but there are so many styles and colors to choose from online. Truly one of the best bags I own—perfect for beach days, errands, or even as a carry-on.

White Trouser-Style Jeans

These are hands-down my favorite white jeans right now. The trouser fit makes them feel a little elevated, and they go with absolutely everything from floaty tops to sweaters. Bonus: they’re so comfortable.

Brown Leather Thong Sandals by Larroudé

Simple, classic, and somehow go with everything. I wore these walking through town, to dinner, to the beach—you name it. The quality is incredible, and they’re surprisingly comfortable for how minimal they look.
