WHAT ARE YOU READING?
Hi friends! I wanted to pop in here today to ask you a question. What are you reading? The last two books I read were, American Royals and Summer of ’69. I really enjoyed reading both of them and looking forward to reading, American Royals II: Majesty that’s coming out in September. I recommend both of these books, as they are light reads that are entertaining.
Today, I started reading Michelle Obama’s book, Becoming. I actually bought this book at the same time I ordered the other books and haven’t gotten a chance to read it yet. After watching the Michelle Obama’s documentary on Netflix I thought I’d read it now. I never really knew much about her life, other than the fact that she’s married to Obama, has two daughters, and loves J.Crew. In the documentary, she talks about her childhood, college days, how she met Obama, and more. I thought it was pretty interesting how her path led to the White House. There were some moments in the documentary where I got teary-eyed.
Do you have any suggestions that you’d like to share with me? I thought it would be fun to share a post of what I read each month and hopefully I’ll carve out enough time to read more that one.
