What I Read in July

Hi friends! One of my favorite ways to slow down and romanticize summer is to always have a good book (or two!) within reach. July brought a few gems that made me laugh, swoon, and stay up way too late flipping pages. Here’s a little reading recap and what I’m diving into next.

What I Read in July

Book Lovers by Emily Henry
I finally read Book Lovers and completely fell in love with the small-town setting, the witty banter, and that perfectly imperfect sibling bond. Emily Henry really knows how to tug on the heartstrings while still making you laugh out loud.

Funny Story by Emily Henry
This one surprised me—in the best way! I devoured it in just a few days. It’s heartfelt, quirky, and such a clever take on unexpected love. Definitely one I’ll recommend again and again.

What I’m Reading Now

Happy Place by Emily Henry
Yes, I’m clearly on an Emily Henry kick! This book has been such a sweet escape—set in a coastal Maine cottage (you know I’m already sold). I’m halfway through and loving every minute.

The Five-Star Weekend by Elin Hilderbrand
It wouldn’t be summer without a little Elin! Her Nantucket setting always pulls me in, and this story about friendship, grief, and healing has been such a good one to wind down with in the evenings.
