What I’m Most Excited About in August
1. Savoring the Last Bit of Summer
August always feels like golden hour for summer. Dreamy pool days, salty breezes, and sunset walks that feel extra special. I plan to soak up every last bit of it before fall slowly starts to sneak in.
2. Getting Ready for Baby
Surprise! I’m about to become a coastal grandmother (!!!) and I can’t wait. Every little update makes it feel more real, and I’ve been enjoying the sweetest moments preparing for his arrival. 3. Planning Fall Content for Beautifully Seaside

4. Embracing a New Rhythm
I’ve been easing into a new work schedule where I batch my blog posts Monday through Friday, so weekends can be slower and more intentional. It’s already making a big difference—and leaving more time to read a good book or try a new recipe with my husband.
