Winter Roasted Kale Salad
Recently, I was introduced to this lovely food site called, Love & Lemons. Jeanine and Jack (a husband and wife team) work together to create beautiful images of delicious food. The blessing for us is that they share each recipe. Most of the recipes are vegetarian, which is perfect for me this time of the year, with all of the sweet desserts I’ve been eating lately.
