I decided to start Christmas shopping much earlier this year and plan on having everything bought and wrapped by December 1st. The packed malls stress me out a little, so I’d rather brew a cup of tea, have a Hallmark Christmas movie playing in the background and shop online at my own pace. Last year, I bought all my gifts online and didn’t need to return anything. I just studied the size guide well before I bought any clothing or shoes and it ended up working in my favor.

NORDSTROM SHOPPING TIP You can choose the option to buy online and pick it up at Nordstrom if the item is available at the store nearest you. Within an hour or so you will get an email that your purchases are ready to pick up. So you go to any register at Nordstrom and present your receipt of purchase and a salesperson will retrieve your purchases. It’s so easy and fast. I use this option all the time.
