Good morning everyone! I totally meant to have this post ready for you yesterday, however I had a fun afternoon with my family swimming in my pool for 4th of July.
With the start of Week 4 using Kayla Itsines BBG workout, I’m starting to feel stronger and finally have gotten into a better routine of eating healthier by making smart choices. I’m staying away from chips, ice cream, and bread. Those are my downfalls and only make me feel bloated and uneasy.
I’m also better at doing burpees and can actually do ten in a row now! When I started that was not the case. So that’s a huge plus for me! I’m so motivated to do them, because I know they’re helping to flatten my tummy! I still have a way to go, but I see that my muffin top getting smaller! YAY!
I love using #BBG! It’s a workout I can use in the comfort of my own home and with my busy blogging schedule this summer, it makes life a lot easier for me.

I’m still working on my push-ups and one day soon, I’ll be strong enough to do a real push-up! For now this is as low as I can go. LOL!
This photo is part of the straight leg sit-ups. It’s such a great exercise!
I improvise using this ten pound weight instead of a medicine ball, because I haven’t purchased one yet.

As I mentioned on SnapChat (beautifullyseas) last weekend I visited my brother and his family to celebrate my niece’s birthday and I loved the fresh salad my sister-in-love (instead of law we say love) made. She’s such a great cook! She was sweet to share all the details of how she made the salad. It’s so easy and I love the crunchy shredded cabbage!
INGREDIENTS
Salad
baby arugula
shredded cabbage
sliced tomato
Dressing
Combine and let sit for 30 min-
sliced onion
olive oil
white vinegar
salt & pepper to taste
splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice
