Bandana Print

Last year, while preparing for a trip to Nashville with my cousins, I ordered a couple of bandana-print pieces. Since then, I’ve noticed this print becoming increasingly popular throughout the summer and now into fall. So, when I spotted this bandana-print scarf, I knew I had to order it! How to Borrow a Luxury Bag

Taking Care of My Teeth

Who knew I would ever be obsessed with dental floss? But I am, and I absolutely love it! My sweet dentist introduced me to Cocofloss a couple of years ago, and I’ve been hooked ever since. Guest Bedroom Update

I have some updates to my guest room refresh and wanted to share the details incase you have been following along.

For this edition, I’m sharing a guest room design that I’m actually bringing to life in my own home. I already ordered the twin bed frames from Walmart, and I couldn’t be happier with them. I originally fell in love with a pair from Serena & Lily, but they weren’t in my budget. After doing a little more searching, I found these beautiful twin beds at Walmart for an incredible price. They arrived quickly, were surprisingly easy to put together, and honestly look so much more expensive than they are.

For the new mattresses, we’re going with Leesa! I’m so excited because I have one in our primary bedroom, and it feels like sleeping on a cloud every night. I’m ordering the exact same mattress in the plush option for this room.

For the bedding, I’m using quilts and matching shams from Serena & Lily that I already own. The blue trim is so classic and coastal, and they’re unbelievably soft. I have the same quilt in all white on my own bed and absolutely love it. Living in Florida, quilts are the perfect choice because they’re lightweight, comfortable year-round, and easy to wash.

I also have a Serena & Lily table lamp (similar style here) that I purchased a few years ago, and it’s going to work beautifully in this space. I paired it with a simple white nightstand to brighten the room and complement the bedding. Of course, I couldn’t resist adding a rattan mirror for that natural coastal texture that always makes a room feel warm and inviting.

To finish the space, I chose a beautiful blue patterned rug that will sit beneath the twin beds. It adds just the right amount of color, softness, and charm while making the room feel cozy and welcoming for family and guests.

Best Candles

I recently got a new Hotel Lobby candle in the Needlepoint scent, and it’s perfect for late summer and early fall. This is my third Hotel Lobby candle. I ordered the Nantucket candles earlier this summer and loved them so much that Hotel Lobby has quickly become one of my favorite candle brands. The packaging is absolutely beautiful, too!
