I hope everyone had a beautiful Mother’s Day! I celebrated with my mother, mother-in-law, and my lovely sister-in-law on Saturday. My husband cooked dinner for us and for dessert we had delicious pastries from the French Bakery around the corner from my home and drank tea. I was stuffed and happy!
On Sunday, I had a day to relax……we attended Mass, made our, Sunday, after-mass pit stop at the French bakery and then went home to unwind. I read part of a book that my mother gave me, did a load of laundry, and laughed with my husband and the boys. In all, I had a wonderful weekend. What more can I ask for?
God Bless you!
I have always loved global influences when it comes to clothing. The colors, textures and handywork that goes into each piece is phenomenal and reminds me of a casual, warm summer. A suntanned glow and one of these accessories and you’re set!
(bought this one for Mother’s Day, it’s perfect for hiking and field trips that I have coming up with my boys)
Do you know of a place that you would like to share with me that has a global influence? Do tell. Thank you!

Love your eye! Love each of the looks you showed….all gorgeous! Thanks for your kind words yesterday, I was so touched by everyones support…really meant so very much. It sure is the ultimate test of motherhood when we see our kids hurting and we feel so helpless to take away their pain…doesn't it? We try so hard, and all we can do is console and be there for them the best way we can…it was so hard, seeing him in that pain. My pain was the greatest for him not even for myself. I am just sooooo glad its over and that Teddy is with us again! Sorry for rambling! Have an awesome day!

Love the Hanna dress. Of course, World Market has all kinds of home decor items with a global influence.
