Five Things

November 22, 2011

I wanted to thank everyone for checking out Tina’s Behind the Blogger feature at The Enchanted Home yesterday! I was overwhelmed by all of the lovely comments you left and I also wanted to say welcome to all my new readers! Thank you again Tina! xo
{What do you think about the booties in the photos above? Aren’t they gorgeous!}

Handwoven Rattan Side Chair
{My next BIG purchase is going to be these beautiful chairs from Restoration Hardware….they’re on special for $129 each! Great price!}
{I’m also trying to talk my husband into buying this dining room table…What do you think? The color is gray and I think it will go great with my Hampton’s style kitchen.}

{I’m looking forward to tomorrow morning…a few teachers are having a get-together for coffee & bagels to celebrate Thanksgiving}

    Those boots are adorable, and I love the chair and dining table! Hope your husband agrees to the table… it is awesome 🙂

    Regarding the table, I have a friend who recently purchased a table from RH (either the one you posted or very similar) and then learned it very easily leaves water marks. A group of us were brainstorming as to what can be done to prevent it from happening (glass top, polyurethane, etc), but really, for the price, it shouldn't be necessary to address the issue, IMHO. It is a beautiful table, however:)

    Just read the interview. It was great. Do you live in The Keys? My husband I have a house in Summerland Key. MM 24 1/2. And I am training for a 1/2 marathon in January! So we much in common. Good luck on your training! Happy Thanksgiving!
