While out getting a few last minute gifts I stumbled upon this metallic dress at Nordstrom and loved it even more when I checked out the price tag. The fact that this little number is under $50 was a big win for me and to top it off it’s super comfortable.

It has just the right amount of shine to make me feel festive for the holidays and I’m happy to wear my black heels and new J.Crew earrings with it.
I actually went light with the makeup up here, however I made sure to double up on the lipstick by wearing Laura Mercier’s Red Amour (c/o) and Lancome’s lip gloss on top. A shiny bright lip color is a must-have for Christmas and New Years parties and I truly believe it gives us a more youthful look.
