Good morning everyone! Today, I’m happy to partner with Sea Bags Maine for the second year in a row during Breast Cancer Awareness Month. To support the ‘Fight for a Cure’, Sea Bags designs a special Cure Collection each year for cancer research and contributes 20% of every Cure Collection purchase to the American Cancer Society. I’m a big fan of Sea Bags and even had the pleasure of visiting their headquarters in Portland Maine a few years ago (you can see that post here). It was a dream come true to get a private tour of their workshop and a behind the scenes look at how they design their stylish totes from reclaimed sail cloths. The story of how Sea Bags began was a big inspiration behind the creation of this blog, so being able to partner with them is a true blessing.
Today also kicks off a fun giveaway at Sea Bags! Make sure to read the details below on how to enter this giveaway to win a Cure Collection set for yourself!

A couple of years ago my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer after having a routine mammogram and ultrasound. By the grace of God, the cancer was found at a very early stage. With surgery and treatment, she is now cancer free. I thank God for her healing everyday and love being able to partner with Sea Bags during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. Ephesians 6:10
When I visited Sea Bags in Maine, I was fortunate to meet some of their highly-skilled sewers and it was lovely seeing the heartfelt care that goes into the design of each bag.
This year’s Cure collection comprises of a Pink Stripe Cure Tote and matching Pink Stripe Cure Wristlet, along with a newly launched Strong collection. Both of these designs support cancer research. The Strong tote has shorter hemp handles for hand carrying. It’s a great tote to take to a harvest festival, the beach, on the boat, and perfect to use as an overnight travel bag. The you’ll also find that the matching toiletry bag is large enough to store all of your travel essentials.
The Pink Stripe Cure Tote and matching wristlet are large enough to hold everything I need for the day, including an umbrella. I also use my tote for board meetings, bible study, and work.
