Good morning everyone! I’m so excited about sharing this delicious, hot cocoa recipe with you. I should have you know that all three of my boys approve of this recipe! They were quite happy when I greeted them yesterday with a hot cocoa to wash down all the studying they’ve been doing for finals. My middle son was happy to have Calc 3 behind him! That’s a celebration in itself, right?

HOT COCOA with TOASTED MARSHMALLOWS
Shopping List
milk (I prefer 2%)
Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup (for the quick version) or use semi-sweet chocolate chips (and heat up on the stove in pan or crock pot)
mini marshmallows
large marshmallows
Lindt Dark Chocolate with sea salt (keep in the refrigerator to make it easier to grate as garnish)
Cool Whip in a can
Directions
Mix in the desired amount of chocolate with the milk
Heat up on the stove or in the microwave
Add mini marshmallows
top with Cool Whip
grate the Lindt chocolate over the Cool Whip
Add a toasted marshmallow to garnish (I have a gas stove, so cut a slit in the marshmallow and toasted it carefully)
