This post was brought to you in partnership with Minted. I love collaborating with brands that I love. Opinions and post ideas are my own.
Happy Friday everyone and cheers to the weekend! Today, I’m excited about sharing where I get my Christmas cards every year. Minted has always been a go-to when ordering Christmas photo cards and this year I’m really loving the cards I picked out and ordered just a few days ago. They’re scheduled to arrive tomorrow morning and I can’t wait to address them and send them out.
Now that my boys are older, our Christmas photo cards are pretty casual. I like to keep it simple and try to take photos while we’re on vacation, always thinking in advance that I may be able to use them for our Christmas cards. The photo I used in last year’s Christmas card was taken while we vacationed in Sarasota, Florida with our extended family from New York. It’s always nice to be able to look back and see where the photos were taken. They always tell a story.
They’re so many Christmas photo cards to choose from at Minted. I can always find the perfect photo card to send to the people I care about the most. In this year’s Christmas card I decided to create a collage of photos (seen below) that we took throughout the year. Some of the photos were taken on our summer Western Caribbean cruise, in New York during a snow day, and on a recent trip earlier this month to Key West for a destination wedding.
Once I decided which photos I wanted to use for the Christmas photo card, it was so easy and fun, I might add, placing them in the right boxes. I also added a special feature of printing my return address on the back of each envelope (I actually do this every year). One thing I’m excited about is; I ordered stamps that match the Christmas Blessings photo card theme. Ordering stamps from Minted was new for me and I’m thrilled that I don’t have to pay a visit to the post office to wait in line for stamps. Yay! Thank you Minted for making my life easier! Now, I can just place my cards in my mailbox this weekend to send them out. This definitely saves me time and money on gas.
Minted offers special additions you can add to your Christmas photo card order to make them really shine. One feature you can add is to have your cards addressed to the recipients. I haven’t gotten that savvy yet, however next year I would love to try out this special feature. My friends love the fact that they don’t have to address their cards and it just adds the most elegant touch. I also think foil envelopes make the card look really festive. You also have the opportunity to add custom foil text to the front of your card and will be able to pick out the shape of your card. You’ll find that any holiday photo card you choose will offer all of these features.
You may be thinking that Christmas is only 10 days away, however you can still order your Christmas photo cards and send them out in time for Christmas. Here are some deals that you will want to use to save money on your Christmas card order. Get non-foil cards by Tuesday 12/19 with FREE rush shipping! Order by Saturday 12/16 at 3pm PT with Express Service. Use code SHIP17. Click here to see all the holiday cards that Minted has to offer. It’s not to late to order the cards you really want.
