I know many of my readers are wondering how I’m maintaining my weight loss after two rounds of Faster Way to Fat Loss. I decided to stick with Faster Way to Fat Loss and registered for their VIP community. In the VIP Community we continue the lifestyle of eating whole food nutrition, exercise, carb cycling, and intermittent fasting. The VIP program includes a more in depth look at this lifestyle with the help of experts in fields like gut heath and hormones. I find this information quite interesting and extremely helpful as I continue this healthy lifestyle. Plus, there’s tips on changing your macros and planning out your meals with more success.
I honestly don’t think I would have been successful in losing fat without Faster Way to Fat Loss. Usually, I’d over exercise and eat less to lose weight. That didn’t seem to work or keep the weight off. I love to eat, so cutting a ton of calories to lose weight wasn’t appealing to me even though I tried that many times. With Faster Way to Fat Loss, I discovered a new way of eating I never thought I’d do. Now I’m eating super healthy food that’s tasty and filling.
I’ve learned which foods cause an adverse reaction and which foods work well with my digestion. It’s such a blessing to not be bloated everyday. Now, I eat until I’m 80% full and enjoy my treat on Saturdays. I look forward to planning my meals in advance and love that my husband has been so encouraging. He’s noticed that this lifestyle definitely works and is the best way to eat. Both of us, wished we would have learned about whole food nutrition when our boys were younger, because we would have incorporated it with them as well. However, it’s never to late to learn to eat healthier and each of my boys are enjoying the food we are making these days.
