10 FASTER WAY TO FAT LOSS MEALS I LOVE

Hi everyone! I wanted to share 10 Faster Way to Fat Loss meals I love that helped me to lose 21 pounds while on this lifestyle. These meals are all pretty simple, yet super tasty in my book. I hope this helps to give you some ideas on eating healthy in time for summer. 10 Faster Way to Fat Loss Meals I Love

The first meal I’m sharing above is an absolute favorite of mine- grilled chicken, onions and red peppers, brocoli, and brown organic rice. My husband also likes to grill some pineapple as a little side.

The second meal was actually my lunch I had today. super simple, filling and healthy! I used olive oil and apple cider vinegar as a dressing.

This is my chicken fajita bowl that is so good! It includes fajita style grilled chicken, onions and bell peppers, guacamole, Trader Joe’s salsa verde, sriracha ranch dressing, and organic brown rice.

This meal is similar to the previous meal, however this time I add salsa and some lime.

My version of a bunless burger that is so yummy!

Another bunless burger idea with a side of sweet potato.

Ok, here’s one more bunless burger idea with brussel sprouts on the side.

One of favorite go-to snacks! Boom Chika Pop popcorn dipped in organic humus.

Another lunch snack plate I love! The humus is for the popcorn.

Here’s what I ate yesterday for lunch. The blackberries were delicious!
