I NEED TO LOSE FAT AGAIN

I need to lose fat again. To be honest, my eating and exercise habits were terrible in 2021. I made the choice to overeat on most occasions and weight gain was the consequence. Many of you followed my FASTer Way to Fat Loss journey in 2019 and 2020 and saw my results. I went from a size 29 to 26 in jeans and 4 sizes down in dresses. I had more energy than ever before and loved all the food I got to eat while on the FASTer Way.

The first round of FASTer Way in 2022 begins on January 3rd, which happens to be perfect timing after the holidays. With this round you get weekly meal plans, daily 30 minute workouts, community and support. If you’d like to know more on how it works you can read all about it here. I’m definitely going to share my progress with you, so stay tuned!

The meal plans are so simple and delicious! Here are some examples of what I enjoyed for snack and lunch time while on the FASTer Way. My whole family joined in on the healthy eating too!

    Hi Desiree, I am one of those women who were SO INSPIRED by your amazing weight loss that I joined FWTFL as well. I have been a VIP member for 3 years now. I love the workouts and do them very consistently…. 5 to 6 days a week. Since the program commits to 30 minute workouts, there’s no excuse as anyone can find 30 minutes in their day to get a workout in! My food choices are not always on point but with the way FWTFL mixes in the challenges and new incentives, I quickly come back around and get back on track. You should definitely consider the VIP program after finishing up your 6 weeks! The new accountability partners are so helpful! Happy New Year to you and your family! I pray that God will bless you richly throughout the coming year!

    Hi Desiree,
    I have gained some of my weight back as well. I gave up my VIP membership because It simply quit working for me. I could never find the right macro change to get past a plateau.
    I will be following your progress.
