Hi everyone! The new FASTer Way to Fat Loss begins July 27. I’m really excited about this round, because I have another family member joining the FASTer Way. Yippee! In the beginning of this year, my niece joined FASTer Way and loves it. She lost 23 pounds and went down 2 pant sizes. (Insert confetti here!) I’m so proud and excited for her! Ladies, this is the most effective program on the market today! There are no gimmicks or short-cuts. It’s all about learning to truly care about our health and live our lives with energy and purpose.
Why I Signed Up With FASTer Way To Fat Loss
FASTer Way has been an answered prayer for me. I struggled for years to get my eating under control and I thought I was eating healthy. Someone recently told me that her reason to sign up was because she needed help with her relationship with food. I can relate to that! That’s why I registered back In January of 2019. I was frustrated and needed help. Before FASTer Way I felt tired all the time and my clothes were super tight. It was awful. Between feeling bloated and my tight clothes, I knew I needed help ASAP. That’s when I registered and almost immediately felt a difference. The bloating disappeared and I had so much more energy. I quickly realized living a gluten and diary free life with FASTer Way was the way to go, because I didn’t have any more heartburn or indigestion issues. I love the FASTer Way community of women who are all thinking the same thing; we want to feel healthy and look our best.

Back in January of 2019, I said to myself- One day or day one? What’s it going to be Desiree? I’m so thankful I joined the FASTer Way and still love it to this day. I love living a gluten and dairy free lifestyle! I love my new found energy from eating whole foods, carb cycling, macro tracking, and exercise.
