Good morning! I’ve been working on a routine of self-care by scheduling at home spa treatments for myself. It’s been fun treating myself to a nice facial scrub every other day using Colleen Rothschild Dual Enzyme Polish. I’ve been using this polish for at least five years now and love it. My skin has been having some ups and downs since we’ve been home. It’s definitely because of my emotions. I notice that if I had a day where I was feeling a little anxious I would wake up the next day with some breakouts. Our emotions definitely affect the way our body reacts to stress, so I’m praying more and filling my day with Christian music that lifts my soul. I honestly end up having the most joyful day with my family. Praise the Lord. Creating a lovely atmosphere at home to do some self-care is important.
