Happy Sunday friends! I hope you’re having a great weekend. Yesterday, I planned a self-care day and got so many things done. I ran early in the morning, which reminded me that’s the best time to run. Then, I did a mini facial at home using this scrub and washed my hair with my new favorite shampoo and conditioner. I love the way my hair feels after using these new-to-me products. Next, I met up with a good friend for coffee and had the best time catching up. Later, my husband and I got our first covid-19 vaccination. We’re both teachers and that’s what made us eligible to have the vaccine at this time. My arm feels like someone punched it really hard, however I feel great other than that .
I think it’s important to plan self-care days more often, because we all can use few hours to take care of ourselves. Whether, it’s going for a long walk, painting our nails, relaxing on the sofa, reading a good book. It’s nice to have some down time to relax. Which reminds me. I’m in the middle of a great book right now! I’ll share my review when I’m done.
