October Looks I Love
I don’t think I’ve ever had more fun with fall fashion than I have this year! Maybe it’s because my fall season began in New York, where I got to enjoy a real fall day—even before the leaves changed. That trip has inspired me ever since.
The brands are really outdoing themselves with their designs this year, and I’m over the moon about everything I’ve ordered and shared with you. Today’s roundup features my October Looks I Love, filled with pieces I’ve either ordered or added to my wish list.

Alex Mill
First, I recently started sharing a brand that’s fairly new to me, Alex Mill, and I’m obsessed! They do such a wonderful job capturing the New England aesthetic I love, and my cart is already filled with pieces I’m planning to order. At the top of my list are this brown fair Isle cardigan, this fair Isle sweater, and these velvet ballet flats, which I’m hoping will be restocked in my size.
They have so many beautiful styles to love and feel cozy in throughout the fall, holiday season, and winter. I can’t wait to share more of my favorites with you!
Sezane Fall Scarves
I’m completely obsessed with the new scarves I ordered from Sézane for fall! They’re so pretty and instantly elevate every outfit. They’re also the perfect accessory for adding a touch of fall to my looks here in Miami. They almost make me feel like the leaves are changing outside!
The brown floral scarf is oversized, which makes it especially lovely to wear over a sweater or top like a poncho. The green bandana-print scarf is gorgeous, too, and I also have it in navy. I love them both and highly recommend them!
New Balance Sneakers
You might remember the brown New Balance sneakers I ordered for my New York trip. Someone asked if they were comfortable for travel, and after wearing them on my trip, I can say they were absolutely perfect!
When I saw that they were available in new colors, I quickly ordered two more pairs: this pretty blue and the cream and brown. I love having a few colors to choose from for my fall looks. They really complete an outfit and make me feel more put together!
Beauty Items I’m Obsessed With this Month
I’m so happy I was introduced to these beauty brands this month because their products have been such wonderful additions to my routine!
First, I’d been searching for a new eye cream to help with the dark circles that I feel became more noticeable during menopause. Oh my goodness, this Tata Harper brightening eye gel is amazing! I noticed a difference right away, and after using it for several weeks, I feel so much more confident. I’m hooked!
My next beauty finds are the Christophe Robin hair mask and shampoo. These are the first products I’ve tried from the brand, and I’m already looking forward to trying more. Madewell Leather Ballet Flats
