Hi there! I hope you had a nice weekend. Well, today I’m here to share how the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide has been going and I’m happy to announce- so far, so good! I just started week 3 and can already feel the difference in the way my clothes are fitting. The one thing I still need to work on is my eating. I would have seen much better results already if I stayed away from ice cream! I’ve even decided to buy Kayla’s H.E.L.P Nutrition Guide to give me ideas on healthy eating while using her fitness program.
Considering I still need work on eating healthier, I do notice my arms, legs and waist feel firmer (less flabby). Next week, I’ll share some recipes I plan on using from Kayla’s H.E.L.P Nutrition Guide.
I mentioned before that I purchased Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide in the form of a PDF and downloaded it to my iPhone and MacBook. That way I can view my workouts wherever I go.
I’m still working on my push-ups. My arms are not strong enough yet, however I’m determined!
The #BBG workout takes only twenty-eight minutes of timed workout and it’s divided up into four circuits, each being seven minutes long. I use the timer on my iPhone to keep track of each circuit. I love hearing that timer go off after seven minutes! LOL!

Inspiring! You are looking great….I too have been really good but better on the diet than the exercise:) Need to get into a routine, I owuld love to know more about this as it sounds like its great for those with little time…ME!

You should definitely try it out Tina! It's not easy, however if I end up with six-pack abs in 12 weeks I will be over the moon excited! LOL! I'm curious about what you're healthy diet. I need some ideas! XO
