MINI SUMMER VACATION IN DISNEY WORLD WITH MOM

Good morning! I’m finally back! I’ve been busy with back-to-school preparation and I’m so happy to be blogging again. Yesterday I met my new students and wow! They are soooooo cute, smart, and funny. You can definitely tell who their parents are voting for in the election! LOL! Yes, these witty little third graders know their politics and had a ton to say on the first day of school! So funny!

Anyway, let’s talk about some fashion and this fun little trip my mother and I had this summer. First of all, we had a blast together and decided that we definitely need to travel together more often. My mom is a member of the Disney Club, where she gets these points to stay at any Disney resort and she chose Saratoga Springs. This was my first time staying at that resort and I loved it! The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

The first night we were there we took the resort transportation to Disney Springs, previously called Downtown Disney. This place has changed so much since my last visit! It’s a huge shopping mall with so many fun stores including Zara! There were tons of restaurants to choose from, however someone on the bus said, Homecoming was a new restaurant we had to try. YUMMY!

The food was good ole southern cooking with a modern flare!

And this cake was AMAZING!

The next morning we headed off to Epcot and had the time of our lives visiting all the little shops in each country. We also ate our way through all the countries- tea in London, salted dark caramel chocolate in Germany, and lobster bisque soup in France.

I shared my whole trip on SnapChat (beautifullyseas). Oh and this J.Crew Cami was perfect to wear on a hot day in Orlando.

Then after we filled our tummies, we came up with this great idea to wait in line at the new Frozen ride for ninety minutes. You may be asking why didn’t we get fast passes and that would be a great question. However, the fast passes sold out two months before! Yes, two months. That’s crazy! But, you know what’s crazier? This ride is sold out until October! Yes, October. That means if you really want to ride it, you will need to wait in line just like my mom and I did. LOL!
