Good morning friends and family! I hope you had a blessed weekend. Today I’m going to talk about turning over a new leaf this fall with FASTer Way to Fat Loss. It’s been a crazy year and now more than ever I realize how important good health is and I want to share this lifestyle that has been an answered prayer for me.
The most important thing FASter Way has taught me is what whole food eating is. I had it all wrong in the past. I ate foods that I swore were healthy, however instead, they were causing inflammation. I thought I had a problem with my stomach, when all along it was the food I was consuming. I’m not a doctor, but I can do a simple science experiment. As soon as I followed FASTer Way’s gluten and diary free lifestyle, the bloating I was experiencing for most of my life totally disappeared. Pretty much instantly.
One of the things I love most about FASTer Way is that this lifestyle is not a gimmick. It’s not a lie. It’s not a fad diet. I’m eating delicious, nutritional food that I buy from the grocery store. I’m eating healthy salads, lean meats, delicious fruits and veggies- some of which I just started eating when I joined FASTer Way. I stay away from processed foods and enjoy dessert on Saturdays.
A new round is beginning next Monday, August 24 and I wanted to encourage you to try it out.
