Happy September!
Oh, how I love when September rolls around! It marks the beginning of the “ber” months, and nothing makes me happier than all the cozy fall things.
The photo above was taken in Newburyport one September a few years ago, and that trip showed me exactly why so many people get excited about this time of year. The weather was gorgeous and cool—perfect for an anorak, Sperry Top-Siders, and a boat tote, which I was so happy to wear.
September is such a joyful month, and I’m incredibly grateful to the Lord for this beautiful season we get to enjoy.

Hopefully, a slight change in the weather here in Miami—clearly, I’m living in the wrong state. Ha ha!
Joining an in-person Bible study. It’s been years since I’ve attended one, and I can’t wait! It feels like a fun back-to-school activity, and I know it will be so good for my soul, too.
A few things I’m excited to wear this month…
I’m dreaming of wearing this outfit! It feels so me—the eyelet puff-sleeve top paired with the most flattering jeans, oval sunnies, a gorgeous suede bag, and ballet flats. It’s comfortable, cozy, and perfect for fall! I’ll be wearing this look on repeat all season long and packing it for my trip up north.

Coastal home decor pieces I’m ordering this month…
I’ve been having so much fun updating my home, and honestly, it will probably always be a work in progress—which I think is part of the fun!
I’m not a Type A person, so it can take me a while to make certain decisions, especially when it comes to decorating. I also tend to be a bit of a perfectionist. Isn’t it interesting how we’re all wired?
Anyway, back to decorating! I’m hoping to add a few of these pieces to my home this month, especially while most of them are up to 60% off.
I already own similar versions of a few pieces, which is exactly why I’d love to order these! I have the little side table in another color, the table lamp as a floor lamp, and the charcuterie board in blue—but I think the green would be perfect for fall.
