I feel like I need accountability in losing the last 10 pounds of my weight goal. I’m a numbers person, so having a goal weight inspires me a great deal. I got such a great response when I shared, How I lost 12 Pounds and many of you reached out and wanted to hear more about how I was able to lose the weight. I totally get that, because hearing other success stories inspires me as well. So here it goes! Starting today, Friday, May 5th, I’m beginning the next phase of my weight loss journey! And I will do that by staying away from junk food- which includes, chips, icecream, fried food, french fries, candy, cookies, and cake, oh and let’s not forget donuts! These are a no-no and will not help me to lose 10 pounds.
Some things I will do are- eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, drink plenty of water, and add healthy proteins to my diet (such as nuts, beans, and lean meat). I do enjoy my one cup of decaf in the morning with very light creamer.
I feel so much better when I eat healthy. Junk food does not agree with me and I proclaim that I will finally understand that and stay away from foods that are unhealthy for me to consume. I don’t want to be a slave to junk food anymore and always feel like I have to finish the whole bag of chips in one sitting. With hard work on my part and the Lord’s mercy, I decree and declare new healthy eating habits! Amen!
Here are my fitness goals going into the summer: workout 6 days a week, tone arms with weights, do lunges at least 3 times a week. I’ve done this before and could see a huge difference!

Good luck with the next phase. Can you give more details about the exercises you do throughout the week especially weights? It was also very interesting to see your food choices on intstagrams. Since reading your first post about losing 12lb I was inspired and have now lost 9lb. I have the bug and not one crisp (chip) will pass my lips. My goal is my holiday in June.
