Hi everyone! I can’t believe the day is finally here. I completed two rounds of the Faster Way to Fat Loss! I want to share all the details with you, because I’m getting a lot of questions about how FWTFL works. First of all, I kinda just jumped right in without knowing all of the details, because I was tired of gaining weight and feeling low about my mid-section. All of my clothes were tight on me and my stomach was almost always bloated. I saw that Faster Way to Fat Loss was working for so many woman and trusted that it could probably work for me, so I signed up and began this journey on January 7th. I skipped the prep-week, because of my birthday and holiday celebrations.
How Many Pounds and Inches I Lost in Each Round
Here are the details of how many pounds and inches I lost in each round!
My starting weight and measurements on Jan. 6, 2019:
Starting weight 148.
Waist at belly button: 36.5
Waist 2 inches above belly button: 32
Waist 2 inches below belly button: 39
Measurements on Feb. 19, 2019- end of my 1st round:
Lost 12 Pounds! Weight 136!
Waist at belly button: 32
Waist 2 inches above belly button: 29
Waist 2 inches below belly button: 36.5
Measurements on Mar. 31, 2019- end of my 2nd round:
Lost 6 Pounds! New weight 130!
Waist at belly button: 30
Waist 2 inches above belly button: 28
Waist 2 inches below belly button: 33
Non-Scale Victories
Increased energy throughout the entire day
Better focus
More joy
I feel much lighter
No bloating
Monthly cramps are not as bad

WHAT IS THE FASTER WAY TO FAT LOSS?
The FWTFL is an online fitness and nutrition program that focuses on intermittent fasting, carb cycling, and macro tracking. We learn the proper way to fuel our bodies at the right time in an effort to burn fat effectively.
WHAT IS A MACRO?
A macronutrient is our proteins, fats, and carbs. These macros are what we track daily utilizing the MY FITNESS PAL APP. If you have no clue what a macro is, don’t worry. I had no idea what it was either and learned fast.
DO WE FAST EVERYDAY?
Yes, we intermittent fast every day. We consume all of our calories within an eight-hour feeding window. My window is from 12 – 8pm.
DO I HAVE TO BELONG TO A GYM?
You can work out from home or the gym. There are beginner versions and modifications for those who may need variations. Personally, I work out from home.

The best part of the Faster Way to Fat Loss is getting to eat a lot of food, plus a treat day on Saturdays! That’s why I feel this lifestyle works for me. Bottom line. This program really works if you put your heart and mind to it. I was desperate to try something new and it worked! I’m thrilled to participate now in their VIP program! My plan for now is to stick with FWTFL throughout the rest of the year. I love the community and being able to have professionals guide me in this lifestyle. I have personally exercised intermittent fasting for a million years before I even understood what that actually meant and I strongly believe it’s key to keeping weight off and giving your body the fuel it needs when it actually needs it.
